The CE2WO certification is a cutting-edge training program designed for DoD, military, and defense professionals engaged in Electronic and Electromagnetic Warfare (EEW). This course integrates advanced electronic warfare (EW), AI-enhanced SIGINT, ISR deception, cyber-electromagnetic red teaming, and EMSO methodologies to prepare operators for multi-domain electronic and electromagnetic warfare superiority.

Participants will conduct red teaming exercises, learning how to identify vulnerabilities, execute adversarial spectrum-based attacks, and implement countermeasures for securing AI-driven EMSO operations across Air, Space, and Cyber domains.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this certification program, participants will be able to:

  • Master Multi-Domain Electronic & Electromagnetic Warfare (EEW): Learn how EW, SIGINT, ISR, and cyber-electromagnetic capabilities interact in modern multi-domain operations (MDO).
  • Identify RF, AI, and Cyber Threats in EEW: Recognize electronic attack (EA), adversarial AI deception, and airborne, space-based, and ground-based ISR vulnerabilities.
  • Execute AI-Enhanced Spectrum Warfare Tactics: Apply AI-driven EW deception, adversarial cyber-physical attacks, and spectrum-based SIGINT exploitation.
  • Conduct Red Teaming for Multi-Domain ISR & Spectrum-Based Cyber Operations: Perform adversarial testing of airborne, space-based, and ground-based ISR and SIGINT platforms.
